Things That Have Helped

Collected through trial, error, prayer… and a little caffeine. Basically all the things I would’ve texted another mom anyway.

A well-worn, spiral-bound journal with a soft, dove-gray linen cover lies open on a sturdy oak kitchen table, its pages filled with dense, slightly messy handwriting and a few coffee stains. A chipped ceramic mug with cooling tea sits beside it, a faint ring left on the wood. Crayon-sketched drawings and a crumpled to-do list peek from beneath the journal. Soft morning light filters through an unseen window, casting gentle, honest shadows and highlighting the texture of the paper and wood grain. Photographic realism, shot at eye level with a shallow depth of field, keeps the journal in crisp focus while the background falls into a warm, lived-in blur, creating an intimate, candid atmosphere that feels both professional and deeply personal.

Resources

A little corner of the internet where I keep the things that have made motherhood a little easier.
Some are recipes.

Some are books.

Some are games my kids love.

Some are simply journal entries I find myself coming back to.
If it’s here, it’s because it helped me. Maybe it’ll help you too.

About

Why I’m Sharing These

Nothing on this page is here because someone paid me to put it here.
These are simply things that have worked in our home.
Some were recommended by friends. Some I found the hard way. Some were born out of sheer desperation on a Tuesday afternoon.
If I wouldn’t recommend it to another mom over coffee, it won’t end up here.
